Commodore 64
Behatolás a Bázisra
In English this Hungarian game would be known as Intrusion Into the Base or Burglary of the Base. You start out, outside the military base squatting in the bushes and realizing you have no toilet paper. The text adventure is, to a great degree, your search for that simple need. English sources show this game being released in 1989 or later, but the game was originally released in 1986.
