Fist Fighter is a one to two-player fighting game on a single screen which does scroll left and right a short distance. Various options are available like location of fight, difficulty and number of players. You also have the choice of five fighters. The joystick is used to deploy various moves to hurt your opponent and two bars are seen at the top of the screen, which gets smaller when you or your opponent are hit.
